Finding Products

By Browsing - To the left are several main categories (starting with Books, Music, etc.). Click on the category name to open that page. From there you will find several sub-categories which list all of our products. We tried hard to organize our products so you could find them easily. You may find what you're looking for under Featured Products, but otherwise you must click on one of the sub-categories below the main category.
Some items may have a "Buy Now" button so you can quickly order a product. To see more details for a listed product, click the title, the image, or the "Details" button. There you will find more information about the product. Some products have more than option. For instance, a book may come in paperback or hardcover. Before clicking the "Buy Now" button, be sure you are ordering the correct option for that product.

By Searching - Our search engine is designed to quickly find products by using the search terms you have entered. You will find the search tool on every page for your convenience.
You may enter partial words if you are unclear of the spelling. For example, if you enter "bar", and the word "bargain" is encountered, you will get a match. However, if you enter "bargaine" and the word "bargain" is encountered, you will not get a match.
You may also enter more than one word. For example, if you enter "bar gain" and the word "bargain" is encountered, you will get a match. However, if you enter "bar gaine" and the word "bargain" is encountered, you will not get a match. The same applies for whole words.
Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart

Once you have located a product, click the "Buy Now" button to add this item to your shopping cart. From your shopping cart, you may modify quantities, delete, proceed to checkout, or continue shopping.

To delete a product, simply click the delete button to the right of the product's name.

If you would like to order more of the same product, enter a new quantity and click the update button to the right of the product's name.

To add more products, click the "Continue Shopping" button near the bottom of the page.

To finalize your order and enter shipping/billing information, click the "Proceed To Checkout" button.
Creating an Account

If this is your first time here, you must create an account so that in the future, you will not have to re-enter all of your information. For your security, we do not store credit card numbers, nor de we sell our customer's information to third party organizations. Please see our privacy policy for details.

Creating an account is easy and takes less than two minutes. After you click on "Proceed to Checkout" from the shopping cart, you must click on the "Create a New Account" button. Fill in the fields (required fields are in red) and click "Submit" when you are done. That's it! Now you are ready to complete your order.
Ordering Products - Adding a Donation

Review your order for accuracy. Make sure that you are ordering the correct number of each product and that your total cost is correct.

During "Checkout Step 3", you may make a donation by filling in the amount in the field "Donation Amount". Click "Next Step" when you are ready. NOTE: Jews for Jesus does not solicit or knowingly accept donations from those who do not share our faith in Jesus. If when you set up your account, you indicated that you were not a believer in Jesus, the order form will not allow you to make a donation. We appreciate your wanting to do so, but if you are not yet a follower of Jesus, the best thing you can do is to choose to follow him!

Enter your credit card information in Step 4 and ensure that your billing address matches with your credit card address. Click "Submit Order" to finalize this order. If everything is OK, you will be presented with a receipt of the order. In addition to this receipt, an email will be sent to the current email address in your account settings.

When will I receive my order?
We have three shipment methods to choose from: Ground, Expedited, and International.
When choosing Ground Shipping, please allow 7-10 days from the time your order is placed until you receive the shipment. During peak seasons, usually before holidays, you can expect a delivery time of up to 15 days. Please order well in advance if you need to receive your order before a certain date. If you need a faster shipping method, you should choose Expedited Shipping.
When using our Expedited Shipping method, your order will leave our warehouse in two business days. This time will vary, if you order on a Friday, especially if Monday is a holiday.
For International orders we offer one shipment method. International shipping times can vary. Your order can normally be expected within 21-28 days of placing it, though sometimes it may take up to 35 days. Please order well in advance if you plan to ship outside the USA.

Why do some product pages say "In Stock"?
If you see the words "In Stock" on the product page, this product is currently in our warehouse.

Why do some product pages say "Back Ordered"?
If you see the words "Back Ordered" on the product page, this product is currently not in our warehouse. We are in the process of getting more, but you may experience a wait of up to several weeks or more before the product is shipped.
- Does Jews for Jesus ship to P.O. Boxes?
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes through FedEx or UPS. All other delivery options may be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Refund Policy
Products can be returned or replaced up to 30 days after the products' shipping date. All products must be in their original, saleable condition to be accepted. Purple Pomegranate Productions reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If an item is damaged upon arrival, we are happy to replace, and cover the cost of shipping for, all damaged items (the customer may be asked to return the product before a replacement will be shipped).
